Thomas P. Shivers is responsible for the strategic direction, development, and leadership of FourStone Partners. With over 30 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in the workers’ compensation managed care marketplace, Tom has been instrumental in shaping the industry.

At FourStone, Tom has created a unique consulting firm that has been widely praised for its innovation, effectiveness, and efficiency. In addition to consulting Tom has overseen the expansion of FourStone Partners to offering more products to the workers’ comp space. This includes a toxicology compliance program, pharmacogenomics (PGx) program, network development, and radiology diagnostics. Tom has been consistently recognized as an industry leader for his constant focus on results, accountability, and practical application.

Prior to FourStone Partners, Tom held executive positions at Aetna, Coventry, Concentra, MedRisk, and Healthcare Solutions. Tom previously served on the Board of the AAPPO. and has held a variety of advisory positions in the healthcare space.

Volunteer work is also very important to Tom, and he has been involved in a wide array of initiatives to serve his community. In addition, Tom has had a lifelong passion for basketball and remains involved in the game through several different initiatives.

Tom is also the owner and CEO of Delco Steaks, the largest cheesesteak restaurant chain in Delaware County and the recipient of several Best of Delco and Best of Philly awards!

Tom has also had a passion for combat sports, and is a Partner in the XRumble Fighting Championships.

Tom has a Degree in Economics from Ursinus College and an Executive Education certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School.  

Tom resides in Glen Mills, PA with his wife Tracy and his two children, Gracy and Cooper and spends time in Rosemary Beach, Florida, and Stone Harbor, New Jersey.
